2 tbls butter 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 cup mashed apricots 1/2 cup coarsely chopped coconut.
Combine 2 tbls butter, 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar and the 1/2 cup mashed apricots in the saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup coarsely chopped coconut. Spread over cake while the topping is still warm.
