2 c White Lilly Self-Rising Flour 2 T sugar 1/2 t. salt 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. buttermilk 1 stick melted butter
In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Combine the egg, milk and butter; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour batter by 1/4 cupful onto a greased hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes; cook until the second side is golden brown.
