8 pork chops
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
3 T. Parmesan cheese
Garlic Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
2 T milk
1/2 stick butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheesed, garlic salt, and pepper. Beat egg and milk in flat dish. Dip chops in crumbs, then egg mixture, then again in crumbs.

Melt butter in baking dish and place chopes in dish. Bake at 325 for 1 hour, turning after first 30 min.
