1 1/2 c powdered sugar
1 c cake flour
10-11 egg whites
1 1/2 t cream of tarter
1/4 t salt
1 1/2 t vanilla
1/4 t almond flavor
1 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift first 2 ingredients and set aside. Whip egg whites, cream of tarter, salt, vanilla and almond flavoring until peaks form gradually adding the sugar. Fold in cake flour and powdered sugar. Fold an extra 25 times. Bake in tube pan at 375 for 30 min. (Don't overbake) Turn pan upside down until cooled.
