2 t minced garlic
3/4 c heavy cream
1/2 c fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 t salt
1/2 t white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat thoroughly, but do not let mixture boil. Pour over cooked fettuccine. Garnish with parsley and shredded parmesan cheese.
