4 eggs
3 T. sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
6 T. butter
8 slices bread, cubed
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, milk, sugar, salt, and pumpkin pie spice. Melt butter in large skillet. Put bread cubes in the skillet and pour egg mixture over. Cook with folding strokes until golden brown. Serve with your favorite syrup.
