1 whole chicken
1 lg. tomato sauce
1 c. chicken broth
salt
pepper
Minute Rice
green olives
2 tomatoes
sliced cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil a chicken, cool and take the meat off. Heat lg. can of tomato sauce. Add 1 c. of chick broth. Put in the chicken. Add 1 1/2 tsp. salt, pinch of pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook 4 c. rice. In a greased 9x13: half of rice, olives, sliced tomatoes, sliced cheese then repeat. Bake @ 350 until cheese is bubbly and melted very good.
