Cream Cheese Mixture:
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 unbeaten egg
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
12 oz. pkg. of chocolate chips
Cake Batter:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 T. vinegar
1 t. vanilla

Cream Cheese Mixture:
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips. Add chocolate chips once cream cheese and other ingredients are well mixed. Set aside.

Cake Batter:
Mix all ingredients.

In cupcake tins with papers, drop 2 T. of cake batter and 1 T. of cream cheese mixture on top of cake batter. Bake at 350F for about 30-35 minutes.
