1 can chicken broth and 2 cans water or 5 1/4 cups water with 5 bouillon cubes
1 medium onion
1 cup sliced carrots
2 cups diced potatoes
1 pkg California blend frozen vegetables
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. lite velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In the broth and water place the onion, carrots and potatoes. Cook till tender. Add the frozen vegetables and cook until thawed. Add the cream of chicken soup and velveeta. Cook till the cheese is melted.
