Chocolate mix:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 T. butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Crumb mix:

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate mixture in a double boiler. Set aside. Mix crumb ingredients together. Pat 2/3 of mixture in a 9 by 13 pan. Pour over the chocolate mixture. Sprinkle the rest of the crumbs over the top. Bake 20 minutes at 350.
