2 tbl fresh green peppercorns, lightly crushed
6 tbl lemon juice
4 tbl olive oil
salt

1 egg
1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
1/3 c olive oil

tsp dried oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and peppercorns. Place the swordfish in a dish and cover with mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
Using a blender, mix together the egg and garlic. With the machine still running, pour the oil in a thin steady stream over the egg and garlic mixture. Continue to blend until sauce is thick.
Preheat grill for the swordfish. Sprinkle the oregano over the steaks and season well, basting with lemon and pepper marinade. When steaks are cooked, place on a serving platter and spoon the garlic sauce over them to serve.
