16 oz mostaccioli noodles, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 c white vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 T ground mustard
2 T parsley
1/2 green pepper, minced
1 small to medium onion, minced
1 cucumber peeled, seeded, and minced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except the noodles. Mix well and pour over noodles and chill for at least 2 hours. The longer the better. Stir before serving.
