2 lbs hamburger fried and drained and cooled
1 head lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, cut up
1 pkg taco flavoring
1 can corn, drained
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can pitted olives
1 large bottle thousand island dressing
1 large pkg corn chips
Optional: 1 can pinto beans

Directions:
Directions:
Put hamburger, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, taco flavoring, corn, cheese and olives together but do not mix. Keep covered at least 1/2 hour or until ready to serve. Just before serving mix with the salad dressing, top with crushed or broken corn chips.

Optional: You can use pinto beans or any bean, or even avocado. You can also substitute western or catalina dressing for the thousand island.
