4 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 c canola oil
1 c hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and canola oil in large bowl. Pour 1 c of hot water, 1/4 cup at a time, into bowl while kneading flour mixture into a soft dough. Make round balls of dough, about the size of a golf ball. Roll out dough balls into round tortillas. Place tortillas on hot iron plate, turning over every 30 seconds until done. Do not over cook. Tortillas must be soft when done.
