18 oz. Herring in Wine Sauce
1 Md. Green Pepper (chopped small pcs.)
1 Grated Carrot
1 4 -6 oz. Can Black Olives chopped
2 Onions sliced thin
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Mayo
1 Tbs. Celery Seed
1/4 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Drain herring and cut in small pieces, then add next 4 ingredients. Mix next 5 ingredients and blend with herring. Serve with crackers.
