2 tbsp butter
8 oz mushrooms sliced
1 clove of garlic minced
4 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c sherry
1/2 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute butter, flour, add garlic. Add 1 c half and half or milk. Stir until thickened. Add mushroom soup, salt, nutmeg, sherry and sour cream. Simmer for 3 minutes add sautéed or canned mushrooms.
