6 1/2" thick pork chops
1 tbsp oil
3 c of Kellogg's herb croutons
1 can each of undiluted cream of mushroom and cream of chicken
1 c chopped celery
1 c chopped onions
2 garlic cloves minced
1 egg beaten
1/4 tsp salt and pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Season with salt and pepper and brown pork chops in oil and minced garlic. (Do not burn garlic). Place in an ungreased 9 x13 pan. Saute celery, onion in the same skillet until tender.
Combine croutons, soup's and sautéed vegetables and egg in a large bowl. Spread over pork chops. Bake covered at 350º for 35 minutes, uncover and bake 15 minutes more to develop a little crust on the croutons
