2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
7 oz. tuna
1 can tomatoes
1/4 c. halved green olives
1 T. minced parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
4 oz. spaghetti noodles
1/2 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan sauté garlic in olive oil until golden. Discard garlic cloves. Add tuna, tomatoes, green olives, parsley, oregano and red pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Toss with hot spaghetti noodles and sprinkle with Romano or Parmesan cheese.
