3 med. cucumbers
1/2 c. sour cream
2 T. cider vinegar
1 t. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice cucumbers. Cover with 3 cups water and 1-1/2 t. salt. Chill. Pour off salt water and rinse and drain.
Blend sour cream, vinegar, and sugar. Fold into cucumbers. Add salt and pepper to taste.
