1 lb. hamburger
1-1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 t. salt
1-1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 400. Grease 10" x 1-1/2" pie plate.

Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate.
Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth (15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand mixer). pour into plate.
Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 5-8 minutes.
Cool five minutes.
