1 head cauliflower cut into florets.
1 head broccoli chopped into bite size pieces.
2 cucumbers sliced
1/2 bunch of celery chopped
1 large onion sliced
2 large green peppers cut into strips
1 box cherry tomatoes
2 boxes of cleaned and quartered mushrooms
1 16 oz Italian dressing with 4 Tbsp vinegar.

Prepare in a large serving bowl. Marinate for 24 hours. Mom made this for large gatherings, like our confirmation or graduation parties.
