8 oz elbow macaroni
1 lb ground beef
1 c chopped onion
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped green pepper
2 (8 oz) cans of tomato sauce
1/4 grated Parmesan cheese
1 & 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni and drain. Brown meat and vegetables. Cook 5 minutes, add macaroni, tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese, salt & pepper.

Pour into a 2 qt casserole. Sprinkle grated mozzarella over the top. Then sprinkle buttered bread crumbs over the cheese. Bake at 350
