1 10 " pie shell
8 slices of bacon
1 small onion chopped
6 egg yolks
2 c water
3/4 c powdered milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 lb shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp, drain on paper towels, reserve bacon drippings. Saute onion in 1/2 c bacon drippings until tender, drain. Break egg yolks into a bowl add water, powdered milk, salt, pepper and paprika. Beat with whisk until just blended. Add Swiss cheese, crumbled bacon and onion. Blend well.Pour into baked pastry shell, bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Serve warm.
