2 eggs slightly beaten
1 16 oz can solid pack pumpkin ( not pumpkin pie filling)
3/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 ground cloves
1 & 2/3 c (13 oz) evaporated milk or light cream
1 9 inch pie shell with high fluted edges.

Directions:
Mix filling in order given. Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated 425 oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 and continue baking for 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool. Garnish with Whipped Cream.

* If using frozen pie shells this recipe fills 2.
