1 3 oz pkg red jello
1 3 oz pkg green jello
1 3 oz pkg yellow jello
1 pint whipping cream
3/4 c plus 1 &1/3 tbsp sugar
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c pineapple juice
18 graham crackers , rolled fine
1/3 c butter
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve each pkg of jello in 1 & 1/2 c hot water, pour into separate pans. Chill. When colored jello is ready. Dissolve unflavored gelatin into 1/2 hot water and then add 1/2 c cold water and pineapple juice. Mix into whipped cream. Cut firm jello into cubes, gently add to whipped cream mixture.

Combine graham cracker crumbs butter and cinnamon, press into 9 X 13 pan. Place jello, whipped cream filling in pan and chill.

This was a favorite dessert served in the Mounds Park Hospital cafeteria. Mom an R.N and I both worked there.

Any jello colors can be used to fit an occasion.
