6 Chicken Breasts - skinned
1/2 stick Butter, melted
1 c. Rice, Long-grain, uncooked
1 pkg. Lipton's Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 can Mushroom Soup
2 c. Chicken Broth
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Pour melted Butter in oven-proof casserole dish and grease the sides with it. Sprinkle Onion Soup Mix over Butter on bottom of pan. Add Rice in an even layer, next lay Chicken Breasts on Rice. Dilute Mushroom Soup with Broth and pour over Chicken. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours covered with foil, remove foil, sprinkle with paprika and bake 15 minutes more to brown.

Vena said the first direction is to drive to California to get the Chicken ... [family joke]!!! This is delicious and great leftovers. Can either do Chicken on the bone or Boneless-Skinless.
