12 eggs
1 can (12oz) evap. milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 package (30oz) frozen shredded hash browns
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup cubed ham or cooked sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw hash browns. Combine eggs, milk, salt&pepper, stir in potatoes, cheese, onion and ham. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 min.
