1 loaf of dark pumpernickel bread
1 jar of sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry
1 lb sliced Swiss cheese
1 cup miracle whip or more if needed.
2 to 3 lbs sliced corn beef
Thousand Island dressing (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sauerkraut and miracle whip. Start to make sandwiches. Layer bread with miracle whip or a mixture of miracle whip and thousand island dressing. Add 2 slices of Swiss cheese, then 2 spoons of sauerkraut, then corned beef, cover with other piece of bread. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, turning once.
