1 & 1/2 c flour
3/4 c butter
1/3 c powdered sugar
4 eggs
2 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
5 tbsps lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1/4 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
sifted powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend first three ingredients, press evenly into a 9 X 13 baking pan. Bake in a 350 oven for 20 minutes. Beat remaining ingredients until light and fluffy. Pour over hot crust, bake until no imprint remains, about 25 minutes. cool , cut into squares. sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
