6 ears of corn, unhusked
1 stick (14 oz.) unsalted butter softened
2 T fresh lime juice
1T finely chopped tarragon
Salt and freshly ground pepper
2T chili powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/4 lb. feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Soak corn in Lg bowl of water for 1 hour
Blend Butter, lime juice and tarragon. season with salt and pepper.
Spread butter in a 1/3"layer on the center of a plate. In a small bowl blend chili powder and feta cheese top butter with this mixture.

Grill Corn over high heat until charred-turn often,
Roll in butter.
EAT!
