1 box of bow-tie pasta

1 head of broccoli florets (cut just tops)

1 small can of anchovies (cut into very small pieces)

1 small container of feta cheese in juice

1/3 cup of parmesan cheese

red pepper flakes (optional)

salt, pepper, and garlic powder of fresh (to your taste)

Directions:
Cook bow-tie pasta according to box. Last 5 min. add broccoli. Drain both, but leave 1 cup of water in bottom of pan. Put back on warm burner. Add all ingredients except cheeses. Right before you serve - add cheeses and mix. Very Good!!!!

Personal Notes:
You will want to drain feta cheese before adding it to your pan! The first night you eat it hot, but you will love eating it cold after that. Make a lot - you will be sorry if you don't!!!!
