1 cup ketchup

Two tablespoons or more of grated horseradish

3 habanero peppers seeded and membranes removed

Juice and pulp of 1 lime

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

1 tablespoon capers minced

1 clove garlic minced

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve with shrimp or put on fried fish sandwiches.
