4 2.05 oz. Milky Way Bars
3/4 c. butter or margerine
3 c. crispy rice cereal
1 c. milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In the microwave melt candy bars and 1/2 c. of butter, stirring occasionally until smooth. Stir in cereal until well blended. Press into a greased 11x7 inch pan. Melt chocolate chips and remaining 1/4 c. butter, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and spread over the top of the bars. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until firm; cut into squares.
