1 - 8oz cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 envelope knox plain gelatin
1/3 c. very hot water
1 8oz. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add the milk, vanilla extract and lemon juice. Melt the gelatin in the hot water and add to the above mixture. Add cool whip. Mix until smooth. Refrigerate until set. Garnish with fresh fruit of your choice.
