2-3 lb whole pork loin
dried rosemary
dried garlic granules
cracked black peppercorns
course salt (kosher or sea salts)
water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300F. Place loin fat side up in 15x9 pan( or you may have to cut the loin in half to use the pan of your choice). Pour water over loin to moisten and to fill the pan half way up the loin. Generously shake rosemary, pepper, garlic over the top of the whole loin. Use your own discretion when using the salt. Bake uncovered for 3-4 hours. Check loin occasionally, if needed, more water may need to be added if it is going to completely dry out.

Substitution: Montreal Steak seasoning can be substituted for the garlic, pepper, and salt.
