2/3 c vinegar
1/3 c water
1 tbsp flour
2 tsp dry mustard
1 c brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together all ingredients, except brown sugar. Pour contents into a heavy sauce pan, add brown sugar, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Served hot is like a sauce, served cold it is like a thin mayonnaise.
