2+ cups of Cinnamon 1 1/2 cups room temperature applesauce cookie cutters (any shape) ribbon or string
mix together applesauce and cinnamon, sprinkle some extra cinnamon on a pastry sheet and roll mixture to 1/4 inch thick. cut with cookie cutters, sprinkle shapes with cinnamon, punch hole for ribbon ( to be added after dry). Store at room temperature 3-4 days, turn as needed to dry.
The boys and I make these at Christmas time. They're great hanging in a room or added to a package.
