3 quarts cut up tomatoes
2 cups diced onions
1 cup green peppers diced
3 cups celery diced
1/4 cup salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
2 cups white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, onions, peppers and celery. Pour salt over veggies. Let set overnight and drain well. Do not press veggies. Put in a large pan and add remaining ingredients. Cook 35-40 minutes until thick. Put in pint jars. Process in canner for 10-15 minutes.
