40 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
10 oz box frozen chopped spinach
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 large can evaporated milk
1 large (family size) cream of mushroom soup
1 small can Durkee's onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and spinach together according to pkg. directions. Drain and arrange in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over broccoli and spinach. Bake at 350 for 25 to 35 minutes (until bubbling well). Remove and top with onion rings. Return to oven for 5 minutes or until onions are browned.
