1 can black beans, drained
1 8oz. pkg cream cheese, cut into thin slices
1 small red onion, chopped
1 10.5 oz jar of Rothchilds Raspberry or Fiery Raspberry Salsa
1 8oz pkg Monterey Jack regular or Jalapeno Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Place the ingredients in an oven proof casserole or quiche dish in the order in which they are listed.

Bake at 325* for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly. Or microwave for about 5 minutes on high, and then bake for 15 minutes.

Serve with Chips or crackers of your choice.
