4 cups cooked squash
1 stick melted margarine
1 small onion (chopped)
2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
1 cup milk
1 can c. of chicken soup
2 eggs (beaten)
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash and drain. Mix all ingredients with the squash and pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle desired amount of cheese on top and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
