4 cups cooked squash 1 stick melted margarine 1 small onion (chopped) 2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed 1 cup milk 1 can c. of chicken soup 2 eggs (beaten) salt and pepper to taste 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Boil squash and drain. Mix all ingredients with the squash and pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle desired amount of cheese on top and bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
