Make a paste of cocoa and milk in a sauce pan. Add butter or margarine and bring to a boil. Stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour into confectioners sugar slowly and beat with mixer until well blended. Stir in pecans and pour over hot cake.
