1 (2 Pound) Package of Frozen Cubed Hash Browns
1 Stick Oleo, Melted
1 Cup Chopped Onions
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Pint Sour Cream
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
1-2 Cups Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/4 Melted Butter, (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with mixture of seasoned bread crumbs and melted butter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
