1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Assorted raw vegetables cut for dipping.

Directions:

Mix all together and refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve with vegetables.
