4 Tbs. butter
1 clove garlic minced
1/3 cup Ritz crackers
6 Tbs. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 lb. stuffing mushrooms
2 Tbs. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Take stems off mushrooms and chop fine.
Combine these with ingredients above, except melted butter, and fill caps.
Brush with melted butter and broil until brown.
Can be made ahead-even overnight-before cooking.
