1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef, 1 sm. onion (chopped), 1 C. celery (chopped), 1 C. carrots (chopped), 1/2 head of cabbage (chopped), 1 C. of canned corn, l tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, l lg. can V-8 juice, 2 C. water.

Brown hamburger with chopped onion. Boil down cabbage...then combined drained hamburger with all vegetables, salt and pepper, water and V-8. Place in large crock pot and slow cook for 8 hours...or just cook on stove until done.

Great for a quick meal on a cold day. Leftovers are even better...You can also freeze leftovers for another easy meal on another day...enjoy!
