2 lbs beef, cut up
1 onion, sliced
2-3 carrots, (or more) sliced
2 potatoes, diced
salt & pepper
2 c tomatoes (canned)
4 bouillion cubes, dissolved in 1 c hot water
3 tbl butter
4 tbl flour
Basil, parsley

Combine in covered casserole. Bake at 250 for 4 hours.
