1 bag of hash brown potatoes (“Oh Dell” brand works the best)
1 can of cream of chicken soup
˝ can of milk
1 stick of butter melted
1 small onion chopped
1 bag of cheddar cheese (2-4 cup bag). You can use only 2 cups but adding more makes it taste even cheesier!

Directions:

Combine all ingredients together and place in 9 x 13 pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Enjoy!

Similar recipe submitted by Chris Hughes which he LOVES. Use 2 pound bag frozen hash browns thawed (no particular kind). Eliminate the milk but add a 12 oz carton sour cream, also add 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, dash of pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
