1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley or 1/8th cup dried parsley
dash of cayenne
1 tsp basil
3 Tbsp  grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook this until bubbly, being careful not to burn the garlic.  Drain juice of 2-8 ounce cans of minced clams set juice aside. Add clams to sauce. Cook until bubbly. Add juice. Cook over low heat 10 minutes.

Serve over linguini noodles.
