2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecan chips

Browned Butter Glaze :
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 to 4 tbsp. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients except glaze. Drop dough by tablespoons full on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Spread with Browned Butter Glaze: heat butter in saucepan over low heat until golden brown. Remove from heat and blend in powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir in 2-4 tbsp. hot water until desired consistency.
